In celebration of its 120th Anniversary, The National Arts Club Board of Governors and 120th Anniversary Gala Committee, chaired by friend and neighbor Arthur Barnes, hosted a weekend of celebratory events including a
black-tie gala and awards ceremony honoring the following:
- Arlene Harrison, Founder/President of the Gramercy Park Block Association
- Dr. Eugene Weise, historian and Club benefactor
- Artist Everett Raymond Kinstler, who has completed seven official Presidential portraits
The gala featured musical entertainment by the Grammy award winning Paquito D'Rivera Ensemble, and Sunday Anniversary Brunch featured entertainment by award-winning vocalist N'Kenge, star of
Motown: The Musical
