Great news!
One, the National Days of Repentance earlier this year focusing on Corpus Christ Texas are bearing fruit! This is a report from Linda Pate, leader of those repenting in that great city: " We had rain on Easter and it has rained lightly each Sunday since. This week's forecast has rain every day except Thursday!! Our combined lake level is 7.8% which is terrible but the level seems to remain steady this month rather than falling lower. We are actually ahead of the normal average of rain for the typical; month of April !! There are 4 projects in the works to bring additional water but they will take a long time before it is a real solution. "
NDR's response: " Glory to God's Solution !"
Also we have heard two powerful new signs of national repentance:
-- it is reported that in the national Bible reading going on now in Washington DC, President Trump will actually be reading a key portion of 2 Chronicles 7: verses 10-20
--- and that Speaker Mike Johnson has been asked to deliver on May 17 a national call for repentance!
It's clearly past time for personal and national repentance. Our forefathers in the USA used this key Way to heal our nation over 800 times starting with the Pilgrims.
The last such Proclamation by Congress or the White House for a Day of Prayer, Fasting and Repentance was in 1918! Yes we have a National Day of Prayer, but prayer is only one of four key ingredients in God's Solution to heal a nation.
You know the key Scripture-- here it is in the amplified version, 2 Chronicles 7:13,14: If I shut up the heavens so that no rain falls, or if I command locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence and plague among My people, and My people, who are called by My Name, humble themselves, and pray and seek (crave, require as a necessity) My face and turn from their wicked ways, then I will hear [them] from heaven, and forgive their sin and heal their land.
This coming April 30 NDR will hold for the 14th year in a row a call for a National Day of Prayer, Fasting and Repentance. It's a call at the grassroots in prayer closets and in local churches that day as any pastor may choose.
In view of mankind's impasse over so much in all nations globally, it's time for God's Solution: humility, prayer, craving God's face, and repentance.
April 30 was the day that George Washington was inaugurated in 1789; April 30 was one of three days of "Humiliation, Fasting and Prayer"declared by President Lincoln; April 30, 1974 was the Day of Humiliation, Fasting and Prayer voted on unanimously by the US Senate in December, 1973 during Watergate, but that April 30, 1974 was never held; it was never passed by the House given their then impeachment hearings of President Nixon.
And finally, April 30 as a day of prayer, fasting and repentance always precedes the National Day of Prayer held on the first Thursday of May-- thus we have contrition and consecration before celebration. Psalm 66:18 states that if we have iniquity in our hearts the Lord won't hear our prayers. Isaiah 59:1,2 says: " Behold, the LORD's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; Nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; And your sins have hidden His face from you, So that He will not hear."
An April 30 National Day of Prayer, Fasting and Repentance will also begin to align the Body of Christ in this nation prior to whatever President Trump plans for May 17. It would align with a prayer ministry, Americas Prayer Meeting, http://www.projectpray.org, urging One Million believers in Jesus Christ to Pray and then Disciple One Million new Followers of Christ. Additionally, it will encourage participation in the planned " Nehemiah Alliance 52 Day Rebuild USA project" set for later this Fall.

Although the focus will be on the USA and key issues for which we need to repent such as the ongoing killing of innocents and removing the idols in our land, we expect brothers and sisters in Christ in other nations will join on the zoom, as they have in the past, and thus it will constitute a global call to repentance in their nations also.

Virtually every day more requests for help come to us than we have NDR funds to give. Pastors preaching repentance [Mark 6:12] are delivering and healing people [Mark 6:13], bringing thousands into Jesus' Kingdom.
