National Latin Exam

The National Latin Exam, sponsored by the American Classical League and the National Junior Classical League, is a 40-question, multiple-choice test with a time limit of 45 minutes, offered to students on seven levels: Introduction to Latin, Latin I, Latin II, Latin III, Latin III/IV Prose, Latin III/IV Poetry, and Latin V/VI+.

The philosophy of the National Latin Exam is predicated on providing every Latin student the opportunity to experience a sense of personal accomplishment and success in his or her study of the Latin language and culture.

Spring Donation to

Mariposas Collective

Have you done some spring cleaning done over the break? If you've got any gently used winter clothing, new personal hygiene products or non-perishable snacks, consider making a spring donation to Mariposas Collective. Mariposas is collecting items to support recently relocated refugees in our community as they get settled in the mid-south. Spotlight of the Week

Mr. D. Joseph Blackwell

Educator with over 20 years experience teaching but still has the same excitement about working with students as a 1st year teacher. Although awards and accolades are not his passion, he takes pride in seeing students find their own love in literature. He is a former school assistant principal and principal, and is looking forward to marrying Ms. Erika Banks June 2020.
