We have great activities planned for the month of February, also known as National Library Lovers Month. Join us for a library-wide scavenger hunt at Take Your Child to the Library Day or go on a Fantasy Book Quest. Stop by the Gallery Reception for an exhibit featuring artwork by Macel Hamilton. We're offering fun Valentine's-themed programs at All Abilities Club, ASD Friends & Allies, and Family Craft Night. Swing by Morley's Backyard for our Romance Readers Rendezvous.

Need help with taxes? Free Tax Prep with United Way VITA and AARP Tax-Aide begins this month. Planning on college? Check out the FAFSA Assistance workshop.

At the end of the month, join us for a Dr. Seuss Magic Show and Once Upon an Orchestra, a musical storytelling performance by a Louisville Orchestra ensemble.

Community Love Resource Fair

Celebrate Valentine's Day with our community partners serving kids! Our resource fair offers information from many organizations that benefit families with kids. Visit each organization’s table to get a special valentine and receive informational materials about the programs they have and how they can best serve you and yours. Click HERE for more info. Library Lovers Art Tour

Join us as we love on our library by talking about the art works in our collection. Meet Story Center staff in the Reading Room then walk around the library with us as we highlight some of the pieces on display. Celebrate Library Lovers Month with us by exploring our building in a different way.

Free Tax Prep at the Library

BCPL, in partnership with AARP Tax-Aide and United Way VITA, helps you with your taxes in this annual program. Meet with volunteer tax experts and get your yearly finances in order. Meetings are available by appointment only. Click the links below to learn more:
