Babcock National Residents,

The Babcock National Resort pool is absolutely beautiful and remains a relaxing 85 degrees throughout the year.



Let's keep in mind a few items to ensure the pool stays beautiful and in working condition:

•       All children must be accompanied by an adult when using the pool and the Watershed Grill. If an adult is not visibly with a child, the child will be asked to leave.
•       No coolers, glass, or animals are permitted.
•       The hot tub, pool, and lap pool close at dusk and reopen at dawn.
•       Saving seats is not permitted. Your items will be picked up by a staff member and stored in a bin by the pool baths.

GOLF ASSOCIATION

Good Afternoon Golfers,

We are heading into month 3 of the year. Let's look back at your 2024 goals for the season and see how accomplishing those is going. You must have a purpose when you practice to achieve your goal for the season. You can come up with different games or drills every time you go to practice. Treating practice like the course will make it easier to transfer your game to the course. I recommend playing the ladder game to work on distance control. The ladder game begins with hitting one shot and on the next shot make sure that the ball passes the last shot and see how many in a row you can get past the previous shot. Another game for putting is to put several tees within 5 feet around the cup and see how many putts you can make. Practice with your pre-shot routine on the range so that way it feels like the course. Practicing with a purpose will make it easier to focus and enjoy the process of improving. Hope you're on your way to achieving your golfing goal for 2024.

Your 2024 Babcock Ladies Club Champions have been decided. Congratulations to all our winners and thank you to everyone for participating in this great event. A big shout-out is in order for our 2024 Senior Club Champion Angela Sanch and our 2024 Club Champion Sydney Wells! Great playing ladies! Please check out the website below, which will include photos of all the winners from your 2024 Club Championship. Your year of bragging rights begins now and this time next year you'll have to defend those rights, and again, congratulations!

Babcock National Residents,

We are excited to start our pickleball and tennis March Madness Challenge!

I will be sending out all the details regarding the rules and format through PlayByPoint tonight, it will probably come through quite late as I am on the road to South Carolina for a quick family reunion.

All sign-ups will need to be completed by this coming Wednesday at 9:00 PM. I will then form the groups so we can complete our round robins by March 29th so our official tournament can begin on March 30th.

This is going to be a blast, so make sure you register in time!

Once you have signed up and acknowledged the waiver, you will be able to access the member dashboard where you will be able to purchase Group Fitness Credits. The 2 options to choose from are:

**A signed waiver is required to use the fitness equipment, regardless of participation in classes or training**
