Dear  ;

As the President of the FBICCAAA and on behalf of the Board of Directors, I want to personally thank you each of you that are supporting this very important program! Please feel free to email me, Jennifer Stegmaier, at FBICCAAA@yahoo.com if you have any questions.

For members volunteering in Rockford, the table is set-up under the FBI Chicago Citizens Academy Alumni Association. Please reach out to Pamela Connell if you have any questions at Pamcraigconnell@fronteier.com.

Below I am passing along information that we received this afternoon from the Birdella C Braden, Community Outreach Specialist, FBI Chicago, regarding the NNO locations where the FBI is especially seeking participation:

On behalf of FBI Chicago's Community Outreach Program (COP), I'd like to thank all of you volunteering to participate in this very important yearly police-community event.  I just wanted to remind everyone of their stations and responsibilities.

REMINDERS:  If you have an FBI shirt, you can and should wear it.  Blue jeans and/or khaki pants and gym shoes are acceptable.  No shorts, ripped jeans or flip-flops.  Because the events are outside and very public, be present.  Smile!  Stay cognizant of the weather and the issues around the weather: temperature, rain, wind, etc.  You should also be cognizant of the crowds around the table as well.  You will be working as part of the FBI team when you get to the tables.  So as you're setting up and working it, be aware that you are representing the brand, always.  There will be FBI Agents, Professional Support employees, Citizens Academy for Students and Interns at each venue.  They know you're coming so introduce yourselves and have a good time.
