Burn Ban Update
Effective July 1st, recreational fires (camp fires) at Squire Creek campground are prohibited. Campfires at Flowing Lake, River Meadows, Wenberg,and Kayak Point Park are currently still allowed.

Enjoy a beautiful summer evening at Willis Tucker Community Park and a fun outdoor movie. 
Seating is on the grass. Bring low-back lawn chairs and blankets for comfort. 

*  Pre-movie entertainment begins at 7:15 p.m. and includes  music and artist performances
    provided by Bridge City Church. 
*  Snacks available by Mill Creek Lions Club

Sundquist Family donates property to Meadowdale Beach Park 
In addition to sponsoring the Movies in the Park series for the 9th consecutive year, Sundquist Homes Family of Companies has donated 5+ acres to the Snohomish County Parks and Recreation Department. The property at the headwaters of Lund's Creek on 52nd Ave West will be known as the Sundquist Family Nature Park. Lund's Creek runs through Snohomish County's Meadowdale Beach Park. Snohomish County greatly appreciates this generous donation!
Youth Triathlon at  McCollum Park, 
Sunday, Aug. 23

Run, Swim, & Bike!

Athletes ages 5 through 17 compete in age-appropriate distances with an emphasis on fitness, fun and safety. Entire event occurs within McCollum Park.

 

Check-in begins 15 minutes prior to each division start. A detailed course description is available at the pool.

 

Fee: $20 before Aug. 15; $30 Aug. 16-20. No registrations accepted after Aug. 20.

Participants receive event T-shirt and placement ribbons.
