A BioBlitz is a form of citizen-science where all participants, regardless if you're a trained professional documenting species or a young student exploring the woods, try to identify as many species as they can in a specific area, in a specific amount of time. The information gathered helps give us a better idea of an area’s diversity of wildlife, or biodiversity.
