June’s CWIMA Connect Will Feature National Radio Host
Charisma Radio’s Rosalinda Rivera Will Be the Featured Speaker on ZOOM

June 9, 2022 – Dallas, TX. – Christian Women in Media (CWIMA) members will get together for another inspiring and equipping meeting on ZOOM Thursday, June 16, 2022, for the CWIMA monthly Connect Event. The event will take place at Noon CST/10:00 a.m. PST/1:00 p.m. EST/7:00 p.m. GMT.
Charisma Radio Podcast Host, Internationally–Known Speaker, and Author, Rosalinda Rivera will provide the inspirational message. Rivera hosts Faith Fuel on Charisma and was also the Associate Producer on Victor, a movie about her father’s journey from drugs and gangs to Jesus and redemption. Rosalinda is known as a Change Strategist and regularly speaks at leadership conferences, churches, corporations, and seminars. Rivera is also the Associate Pastor at New Life Outreach Church and Executive Director of New Life for Adults and Youth in Richmond, Virginia. 

The Professional Enrichment Message will be presented by Katherine Legg. Having a Master’s Degree in Communication, Speech and Hearing Science has helped Katherine as a speaker to leaders, different generations, and people of different nations and cultures. Her passion is to share the love and hope she knows of God’s ability to redeem and restore us to His intended purposes and identity for which we were created. Being a member of Christian Women in Media has led to numerous opportunities and awards. She is currently on the CWIMA National Advisory Board and the Associate Director for Heart of Mercy Mission, the charitable division of CWIMA.
The Worship Artist for the June Connect is Cherilyn Johnston. Johnston is a singer/songwriter, arranger, and worship leader. Her recent recording is “Out of Darkness,” a country-western swing project, presenting favorite hymns and original songs in a joyful and refreshing sound. Cherilyn sings at churches, retreats, outdoor events, and conferences and is the Band and Worship Leader at the Lone Star Cowboy Church in Red Oak, Texas
“I can’t think of a better way to spend a summer day than learning from these experts at our online Connect Event,” said Sharon Hill, President of the Christian Women in Media Association. “This event will be educational as well as a blessing from start to finish.”
