National Road to Close for Water Main Repair

The Greene County Engineer’s Office announces that the Greene County Sanitary Engineering Department (GCSED) will be repairing a water main break on National Road between Reese Drive and McClennan Drive, starting Wednesday December 3, 2025 at 7 pm and re-opening to traffic on Thursday, December 4, 2025 by 6 am, weather and equipment permitting.

The road closure will be a night closure, and a detour will be placed. The detour will be Kauffman Avenue and Colonel Glenn Highway.

Access to all adjacent property owners shall be maintained at all times. Travelers can expect delays, and we encourage you to use alternative routes.
