Pogoda Companies recently acquired Waterford Storage House in Waterford, MI, marking its ninth property in Oakland County and its 54th in the state of Michigan. 



This newly purchased property is conveniently located on West Huron Street just off Telegraph in Waterford Township, Michigan. It is unmanned and is fully automated featuring 24-hour digital surveillance and secure digital entry through Nokē access. It will serve as an annex to our nearby Bloomfield Hills location just 1 mile away. Pogoda now owns/operates 70+ self-storage properties in its portfolio. Waterford Storage House has been rebranded under Pogoda’s National Storage flag and added to the www.storenational.com website as Bloomfield North.
