The session focused on the crucial topic of establishing boundaries in relation to technology—a vital skill in the current digital age. Need a sports physical before the new school year starts? We’ve got you covered! Drop by our office at 1728 Bancroft Ave during open hours (1 PM - 5 PM, Monday to Friday, closed every 2nd Wednesday), or give us a call at (415) 822-1707 to schedule an appointment. The process takes about 30 minutes, and your sports physical will be valid for one year. We’re here to help make sure your student-athlete is ready for the year ahead!
