Kennebunk Land Trust properties are on eBird!
|
eBird is an online platform where anyone can document bird distribution, abundance, habitat use, and trends. Birders enter when, where, and how they went birding, and then fill out a checklist of all the birds seen and heard during the outing.
Users manage lists, photos and audio recordings, and are able to see real-time maps of species distribution, and can get alerts that let you know when species have been seen. Visit a Kennebunk Land Trust property and see who else was there, what they saw, and when.
Our Properties:
Users visiting For All Forever Preserve have cataloged 147 different bird species!
Mousam River Wildlife Sanctuary is a close second at 132 different species.
Users to Hope Cemetery saw 99. Alewife Woods has 61, and Wonderbrook Park has seen 53 different bird species.

Bring Nature Home!
Writing the Land: Maine
This anthology of poems and photography showcases many land trusts throughout Maine.
Poems for Kennebunk Land Trust were written by Cynthia Lozier and inspired by
Mousam River Wildlife Sanctuary.

Be our Trail Reporters!
Nature is unpredictable; a storm, high winds, flooding, animal activity, and more can be destructive.
|
If you see a tree blown down, unnatural debris, broken bridges, or any other hazard, we want to know about it!
