Templafy is here!
Navacord is excited to officially announce we will soon be implementing a template management and automated document creation system: Templafy.

Templafy works through Microsoft Office applications like Microsoft Word, Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel, to create branded internal documents, presentation decks, sales materials, proposals, campaigns, and more.  

As Navacord continues to scale rapidly, it has become imperative for us to accommodate our growth, and empower our teams through compliant, accessible high performing content.

We will be rolling out Templafy in phases so that each department at Navacord, and Navacord Broker Partners are given the utmost attention and guidance possible to ensure a smooth and successful launch for December 2022.

After corporate templates and standard Navacord content is implemented into the Templafy platform, the first group to be onboarded onto Templafy in 2023 will be the following Broker Partners: Jones DesLauriers, Lloyd Sadd , Waypoint, Henderson, C&C Insurance, Northern Insurance.

Next Steps
  1. Select Champion(s) to represent your department and lead the content audit for the team
  2. Champions to complete the sign-up form by October 21st
  3. Marketing will reach out to the Champions to arrange a 30 minute meeting for Templafy Implementation kick-off
  4. Champions will receive an auditing toolkit with detailed instructions and best practices to ensure a successful audit for their department
