Tax Forms

No In-Person Pickup of Tax Forms

Due to a temporary change in the Comptroller General’s Office location, W-2 and 1095-C tax forms will not be available for in-person pickup this year.

How you’ll receive your forms:

  • W-2s (Online Enrollment): Employees enrolled in Online W-2 Enrollment will access their W-2 through SCEIS Central.

  • W-2s (Paper): Employees not enrolled in Online W-2 Enrollment, including separated employees, will receive a paper W-2 by U.S. Mail.

  • 1095-C Forms: All 1095-C forms will be sent by U.S. Mail (no online option).

All tax forms will be mailed and postmarked by the IRS deadline of February 2, 2026. Please allow adequate time for delivery.

Online enrollment opens February 1 each year. Employees who opt in will have access to their 2025 W-2 in SCEIS Central once they log out and log back in. Instructions for how to enroll can be found on our website.

Accounts Payable Update

Mileage Reimbursement Update for 2026

Effective January 1, 2026, the IRS standard business mileage rate will be 72.5 cents per mile. Travel taken on or after this date should be reimbursed at the updated rate. Additionally, when an employee chooses to use a personal vehicle instead of a motor pool vehicle that is reasonably available, the reimbursement rate is 68.5 cents per mile.

A copy of this memo, along with the 2026 Digital Travel Support Document, is available on our website.
