Volunteer Opportunity: Human Resources Committee

Merrick is seeking dedicated volunteers to serve on its Human Resources Committee. Committee members play an important role in supporting a positive workplace environment and helping Merrick continue to attract and retain exceptional staff.

Management Team Changes: Meet Shelly & Morgan

We're proud to announce the promotion of Shelly and Morgan to new leadership roles at Merrick. Their experience, passion, and commitment to our mission make them valuable additions to our team.

Across Merrick’s prevocational and employment programs, summer picnics have become a meaningful tradition that brings clients and staff together to strengthen connections and create lasting memories. 

A New Chapter for Willow Lake

In February 2026, Merrick’s Willow Lake Life Enrichment Program launched a new four-department structure to better support the unique needs of clients.

Save the Date! Merrick’s Empower! Lunch will be held on Wednesday, November 10, at Vadnais Heights Commons. Enjoy a keynote speaker, lunch, and the opportunity to support adults with disabilities. Attendance is free, with a gift invitation during the program. More details coming soon!
