ACTIVITIES:
Core subject study time:
Time for children to work on their remote learning packets from their school teacher. Staff help to help preserve educational skills and provide tutoring.
Science and Health:
Time to learn about science through a hands-on activity and time to talk about ways to be healthy.
Computer time:
Individual computer time where the children use educational games or take virtual field trips. Computer time is a quiet independent time.
Yoga:
Time for a “brain break” and learn ways to listen to their body and stay calm.
Active Play/Outside time:
Time for children to be active and moving. We are lucky to have a whole park so children can play and enjoy their time outside!
Curriculum:
A supplemental daily activity for educational enrichment.
Quiet time:
Time for children to take a break and rest their bodies for more fun in the afternoon.
Fine Arts time:
Arts and crafts, music, and potentially dance. Time for children to be creative.
