This live, closed-group session, brought to you through our Get Moving! program, aims to help you take care of your mind, body and soul during these stressful times.  Join us every Thursday from 6-7pm (beginning April 23rd) for some mental wellness and self-care with Licensed Cognitive Behavioral Therapist, Crystal Brewer.

She will be there to address challenges and answer any questions you may have, as well as provide tips for homeschooling, living peacefully with others, dealing with anxiety & depression and more.

To join the Zoom meeting, simply visit uacdc.org/zoom1 just prior to start time each Thursday.  You do not need a Zoom account to participate. For individuals with Zoom accounts, the Meeting ID is 532 239 435. Questions? Contact Erica Nelson at [email protected] .

PLEASE NOTE: Each session will close to new participants at 6:15pm. Participation is voluntary and confidential.
