We want to thank all our customers, friends, families, employees and their families for their support.
It has been 10 wonderful years of creativity, learning, friendships, charity, and mutual support. We have witnessed countless births and precious baby hats, blankets, sweaters dresses, booties, Christmas stockings and birth announcements being lovingly created. We have played little parts in weddings, graduations and other life events.
We have supported each other in tragic events as well. The accidents, illnesses and loss of loved ones struck many of our community, but I hope the pain was was made a bit lighter when shared with others at 16 N Main.

BUMPY PUMPKIN
Want to crochet an easy but fun Bumpy Pumpkin?
The basic pumpkin is just a rectangle. Nicky will teach you how to join it up, triple crochet a few stitches to create bumps, and finish.
Plus you will learn the magic technique to make the vine twirl!
Skills level: For the beginner crocheter who understands chaining, slip stitch, single and double crochet, and has made a simple project.
Materials needed: Size H hook, 1 skein shop yarn (currently on sale).
The stem, green vine yarn and filling will be provided.
Get into the Fall spirit and make pumpkins!

Once you learn this technique you will want to give up your double-pointed needles! This is a technique not a needle. Once you learn the technique you will be able to knit any circumference from a pinky finger in a glove to a cowl using one 40" needle. You will also learn to knit I-cord in this session.
Prerequisite: Must have experience knitting in the round
with either double-pointed or circular needles.

Left: Month 1 is a fun way to work a Granny Square with 2 - 3 double crochet clusters. Nicky will show you how to crochet these interesting cluster stitches and introduce you to this delightful blanket pattern.
Right: Month 2 is an easy square that goes from the corner out using double crochet. The square uses several colors, making it enjoyable to work! If you have not worked color changes, Nicky will show you.

We are pleased to announce 100% of our staff has received their vaccinations and boosters; great effort team!
In an effort to continue to protect our staff and customers, and provide an inviting space, an air purifier has been installed in our shop. It is quiet but powerful. It cleans and exchanges the air in the shop twice an hour. Most importantly, it traps particles in its medical-grade HEPA filter,
with its impressive 99.6% removal rate
with each air pass.
