Colleagues,

The Full-time Non-Tenure Track (FTNTT) Negotiation Team met with the University’s team for the first time on July 13, 2026. The parties discussed ground rules for the sessions. Trace Laux, the Chief Negotiator, advised the University’s Team that we planned to open 6 articles during the session.   Our next session is tentatively scheduled for August 3, 2026.

Although the MOU extending the CBA expired on August 31, 2026, the provisions of the CBA will remain in full force and effect until a successor contract is ratified.
