He was predeceased by his wife, Deborah Berson, and was a longtime member of the former Beth Hillel Synagogue.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Sunday, June 4, at 11:00 a.m., at the Beth Hillel Memorial Park Cemetery, 80 Wolcott Road in East Granby.

The family will greet visitors on Sunday afternoon after the funeral and on Monday, 4-8 p.m., and Tuesday, 4-8 p.m., at the home of Ricky and Geoffrey Weiner, 53 Munnisunk Drive, Simsbury, CT.
