She was 96 years old. She was predeceased by her husband of 73 years, Leon Carr, and was an active member of the former Beth Hillel Synagogue Sisterhood.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Friday, Oct. 20, at noon, at Beth Hillel Memorial Park Cemetery, 15 Wolcott Road, in East Granby.

Shiva will be private.
