Dore grew up in Greater Hartford and attended the Yeshiva of Hartford. His family were longtime members of the Emanuel Synagogue. Dore made Aliyah to Israel in the 1980s. He went on to a distinguished career as a diplomat for the State of Israel.
His funeral took place on Monday, March 3, at the "Kehilat Yerushalayim" funeral home on Har HaMenuchot in Jerusalem.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Emanuel Synagogue or the New England Jewish Academy.
