He was predeceased by his twin brother, Harry Mancoll.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Jan. 30, at noon, in the Sanctuary at The Emanuel Synagogue, 160 Mohegan Drive, West Hartford, followed by interment at The Emanuel Synagogue Cemetery in Wethersfield. CLICK HERE for obituary and livestream link.

The family will receive visitors at a meal of condolence at The Emanuel Synagogue immediately following the burial. The family will sit shiva through Sunday (excluding Shabbat) from noon-8:00 p.m., at the Mancoll residence, 17 Cliffmore Road, West Hartford.
