He was 95 years old and was predeceased in February by his wife of 67 years, Beverly (Block) Halpin.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, Sept. 23, at 1:00 p.m., in the Chapel at The Emanuel Synagogue, 160 Mohegan Drive, West Hartford. Interment will follow at the Beth Hillel Memorial Park Cemetery, 15 Wolcott Drive, East Granby.

Following interment, the family will receive friends for shiva at their home in Bloomfield. The family will observe a private period of mourning.
