She was predeceased by her husband, Max Neikrie, and a son, Leonard Neikrie.

Graveside funeral services will be held on Tuesday, May 3, at 1:00 p.m., at the Emanuel Cemetery, 1361 Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield, immediately followed by a meal of condolence at The Emanuel Synagogue, 160 Mohegan Drive, West Hartford.

Memorial contributions may be made to Special Olympics of Connecticut, Jewish Family Services, or a charity of the donor's choice.
