Catholic Charities of Jackson, Lenawee, and Hillsdale County is excited to announce the appointment of Nicole S. Wilson as Executive Director.
Niki (as she prefers to be called) comes to CCJLHC with a strong background in leadership and operations, along with a deep personal commitment to faith, integrity, and compassionate care. She is known for her relational leadership style and ability to build strong partnerships. With experience in healthcare, program oversight, and organizational management, she is well positioned to guide the Agency’s continued service to the three counties we serve.
She succeeds Sue Lewis, who has faithfully served as Executive Director for nearly 22 years. Sue’s leadership began when the agency served only Lenawee County, and she later guided it through a merger and a period of significant (continued) growth. The gratitude and appreciation the Agency holds for Sue’s service and dedication are immeasurable. Sue and Niki have worked closely together during a transition period to ensure continuity and a thoughtful, seamless handoff of leadership.
Born and raised in Tecumseh, and a graduate of Tecumseh Public Schools, Niki continues to call Tecumseh home. She lives there with her husband of 10 years, Josh, and their two sons. She earned her undergraduate degree from Wayne State University and later completed her MBA at Siena Heights University. The Wilson family are active parishioners of St. Elizabeth Parish.
CCJLHC looks forward to this next chapter under Niki’s leadership as we continue to provide help, create hope, and serve with compassion throughout Jackson, Lenawee, and Hillsdale Counties.
