I hope you all enjoyed a happy and relaxing holiday season. We are looking forward to an amazing year here in our community. It's been great to meet several of you who have stopped in the office so far. I hope to meet the rest of you very soon.

Congratulations to 1298 Teahouse for winning first place and 2636 Nagano for winning 2nd place of our holiday decorating contest. While everyone's holiday decorations looked so lovely and festive, unfortunately, we could only pick 2 winners for our decorating contest. We appreciate everyone who participated.
