International Polo Club Palm Beach 

The International Polo Club Palm Beach is the premier polo destination in the world, hosting the largest field of high-goal teams and the most prestigious polo tournaments in the United States. Polo enthusiasts descend upon Wellington, Fla., each winter season to enjoy their love of the sport in the most prominent and well-equipped polo facility. The 2016 Palm Beach Polo Season opened on Sunday, January 3, and will conclude 17 weeks later with the USPA 112th U.S. Open Polo Championship┬« final on Sunday, April 24. BallenIsles sales have quieted down.  YTD sales are down 30% from this time last year.  We believe the unsettling atmosphere of the election and recent terrorist events have caused many buyers to push the "pause" button on purchasing for now.  It is likely that they will press "play" or even "fast forward"  when confidence returns to the marketplace..

Additionally, the peak selling season in regions of the country that draws owners to the Palm Beach Gardens Real Estate market is just now starting.  It is our opinion that as these Northern property sales heat up, we will see demand in this area as sellers are freed up to search for second homes or relocations.  And they have not forgotten the brutal cold of last winter either!
