A "piazza" in Little Italy will come to life with ongoing performances along High Street and at intersection of High & Fawn. Neighborhood Lights goes through April 8.

Baltimore's Light City festival includes Little Italy as one of the eight neighborhoods participating in Neighborhood Lights . Laure Drogoul, Resident Artist, has been working to make Little Italy shine. Her project, titled The Sweetness of Doing Nothing will consist of an illuminated canopy of lights and mobile sculptural fountain made from recycled water bottles and re-purposed materials to transform Little Italy’s High Street into an Italian piazza and the staging place for processional performances and living sculpture. Note there will be some street closures.
On March 24, The Flag House awarded the fifth annual Mary Pickersgill Award for Women's Leadership in business to Jeannette Kendall, founder of Success in Style.

Now on view at The Flag House in Little Italy is Flags Across America, a celebration of the American flag with over 30 photographic prints on display now through December.
