Home prices set another record as sales post double digit gains. Housing continues to show signs of normalizing as high prices and a competitive, gradually healing economy continue to bring more sellers back into the market.

There were 28% more transaction last month than there were the same time last year, despite the fact that home prices set another record.

More sellers are putting their homes on the market, which is giving potential homebuyers more options to choose from. The number of total active listings available for sale on the MLS has been rising for the past few weeks consecutively.
