The safety and well-being of our customers, our employees, and our community is our top priority. With that in mind, we're preparing to make some big changes to the way we do business that we think will help all of us stay safe.
Effective Thursday March 19, 2020 at 6:00 PM, Neighborhood Storage is implementing a comprehensive social distancing policy. This means that we will still be able to meet self-storage needs and provide exceptional customer service, but from a safe distance!
Our management offices and restrooms will be closed to the public - but we are still here to serve you.
By making these changes to our standard operating procedures, we're hoping to do our part to keep our employees and customers safe, and to help slow the spread of illness in our community. Information on several of these changes is listed below for your reference.

Check or Money Order:
Please place your check or money order in the outside dropbox or drop slot at your management office. We request that you put your check or money order in an envelope prior to placing it in the outside dropbox or drop slot. Write your unit number on the front of your check or money order, so we can apply to your account accordingly.
We will cease to accept cash at our management offices for the time being.
We request that you place a money order in the dropbox or drop slot at your management office, as noted above, instead of cash. If this presents a hardship for you, please call us to discuss.
NOTE: If your facility has an automated kiosk, you may make a cash payment via the kiosk at that facility.
Truck rentals will be suspended until further notice. Any trucks that have already been booked for the coming days will be rented, but we will not be booking new rentals.
We will be available 7 days per week to assist with your needs.
These policies may change and we will be in touch if they do. Honestly, we can't wait for things to return to normal, but in the meantime, we are committed to helping flatten the curve.
