I would like to share an exciting announcement regarding call center services and Neighborly. For the past year, a new team called Neighborly Customer Solutions (NCS) has been working to improve our call center systems and performance with the goal of growing topline revenue for franchise owners.
As you are aware, labor has become increasingly difficult to source, and this market constraint continues to impact our call centers in regard to both talent and cost. That said, NCS, in association with preferred vendor The Connection, will be moving to a centralized billing model in August, which will help protect cost and call center performance. Aggregating the buying power around this specific category will help limit the growing cost of such services as labor costs increase, and the NCS team will closely manage service levels, conversion rates, and overall performance to ensure franchise owners are realizing every benefit of working with our call center systems.

- Price reduction from $1.12/per minute to $1.05/per minute
