SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED HOMES
Residential Closed Sales totaled 2,556 homes vs. 2,961 representing a 13.7% decrease YOY.
Median Price was $387,500 vs. $375,000 representing a 3.3% increase YOY.
Active Inventory totaled 888 vs. 822 representing a 8% increase YOY.
CONDOMINIUMS
Residential Closed Sales totaled 972 homes vs. 846 representing a 14.9% increase YOY.
Median Price was $285,000 vs. $235,000 representing a 21.3% increase YOY.
Active Inventory totaled 574 vs. 260 representing a 120.8% increase YOY.
