Statistics developed by the REALTORS^®Association of Indian River County through its Multiple Listing Service and in conjunction with Florida REALTORS^® reflect the following for Year Over Year SUMMARY 2022 vs. 2021.

SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED HOMES

Residential Closed Sales totaled 2,961 homes vs. 3,903 representing a 24.1% decrease YOY.

Median Price was $375,000 vs. $325,000 representing a 15.4% increase YOY.

Active Inventory totaled 822 vs. 331 representing a 148.3% increase YOY.

CONDOMINIUMS

Residential Closed Sales totaled 846 homes vs. 1.235 representing a 31.5% decrease YOY.

Median Price was $235,000 vs. $194,950 representing a 20.5% increase YOY.

Active Inventory totaled 260 vs. 107 representing a 143% increase YOY.
