Residential Closed Sales totaled 186 homes vs. 274 representing a 32.1% decrease YOY.
Median Price was $353,000 vs. $349,000 representing a 1.1% increase YOY.
Active Inventory totaled 837 vs. 355 representing a 135.8% increase YOY.
CONDOMINIUMS
Residential Closed Sales totaled 43 homes vs. 78 representing a 44.9% decrease YOY.
Median Price was $250,000 vs. $190,000 representing a 31.6% increase YOY.
Active Inventory totaled 242 vs. 105 representing a 130.5% increase YOY.
