WELCOME! | January 2023

Happy New Year! Well, we made it through our three days of winter last month. It was nice to be able to break out the winter gear over the holidays and bundle up for a bit. But it was also nice knowing it wouldn't last. We are so very fortunate to be able to enjoy the true warmth of winter in our shorts and bathing suits taking in all the wonderful outdoor activities offered throughout our community. Ahhhhhh. From a different perspective, not everyone was happy about the winter weather...especially this sportscaster turned weatherman up north.

Staying healthy and active is a mantra of ours including our rambunctious company mascot, Briar, who is recovering nicely from doggie ACL surgery. We hope to have her "back on duty" soon. To that note, setting goals instead of making resolutions is a better way to evoke long-term change in life as noted by Dr. Mark Hyman.

SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED HOMES

Residential Closed Sales totaled 186 homes vs. 274 representing a 32.1% decrease YOY.

Median Price was $353,000 vs. $349,000 representing a 1.1% increase YOY.

Active Inventory totaled 837 vs. 355 representing a 135.8% increase YOY.

CONDOMINIUMS

Residential Closed Sales totaled 43 homes vs. 78 representing a 44.9% decrease YOY.

Median Price was $250,000 vs. $190,000 representing a 31.6% increase YOY.

Active Inventory totaled 242 vs. 105 representing a 130.5% increase YOY.
