There’s nothing quite like watching sea turtles lay their eggs or baby hatchlings make their way to the ocean! It's awe inspiring and for many a bucket list item. March to October is nesting season and so far we have lots of nests up and down the beach!

Turtle Walks are a great way to experience those precious moments first-hand with two local IRC groups offering official guided tours...Coastal Connections and the Friends of Sebastian Inlet State Park.

The Florida Fish & Wildlife Conservation Commission has been busy marking nests and are also a good resource for viewing and tracking.

Viewing times are either early in the morning or in the late evening when it's much cooler so gear up and go witness nature at it's best.

HURRICANE SEASON is from June 1st to November 30th. Here are a couple of sites to help you GET READY and BE PREPARED!

Here are the TAX FREE HOLIDAY dates and guidelines for purchasing supplies.

Also, since the 2022 season tracking hurricanes has changed. Make sure you're aware and doing it right.

Hi Mary🌞!

It was just a wonderful experience seeing you last weekend. You are always such a joy with your beautiful smile.

My husband and I are hoping you will let Buzz MacWilliam know the music he sponsors is fabulous. His kind consideration brings Vero Beach alive with live bands that are spectacular. Friday and Saturday nights shines with music, laughter, dancing and happiness. We can't thank you enough! Mary is always amazing and such a delight. We all love her!

We appreciate everything you've done for us. Vero Beach Florida is the place to be every Friday and Saturday night at the Riverside Loop!

Peace,

C and K Nowakowski

I would like to thank Alex MacWilliam for sponsoring the Loop. We enjoy the music 🎶 every weekend and bring friends. This is a beautiful venue. If and when in need of a realtor, we will send business to you.

As we come across interesting content that we have found valuable from various places around the web (not clickbait) we will share it with you here. Our blog, for example, is a great source for articles about our industry and Our Neighborhood.

Pickleball is the latest sport for the young at heart as well as the highly competitive. Only thing is, it's a bit loud. Well, here's one man's quest to make pickleball quiet.

Not all homes are what they seem. The most unassuming home on the outside might actually have the most unimaginably wild interior design going on inside.

Leave it to one of the world's best airlines to discover a cure for jet lag. Travel to exotic lands will be forever changed.

Pondering where to stay on vacation? Here's one option that is certainly out of the ordinary...right out of the new movie.

So what makes a good beach town? There are 241 beaches monitored by the EPA in Florida, totaling 483.2 miles of shoreline. Determined by a number of factors, here's what the Florida Realtors Association ranked as the best Florida beach towns.

As a former, and hopefully lifelong AMAC client, or neighbor of an agent, the referral of your friends and family is the greatest compliment you can give.
