WELCOME! | June 2023

Summer picnics are a delightful way to savor the season's warmth and enjoy delicious food amidst nature's embrace. Not all picnics are created equal though as typical picnics of the past are being revitalized by GenZr's echoing their racy beginnings. Not surprisingly, there's several local luxury picnic companies serving up some interesting food for thought. Pun intended. And what would a good ole traditional American picnic be without the hot dog? There's news on that front, too. A new name has been cooked up for the Oscar Meyer Wienermobile. Now if bakers would only make buns in packs of ten instead of eight wouldn't that be great?!

Summer travel beckons, too, with the promise of exploration, adventure, and cherished memories. From sandy beaches to towering mountains, summer is the perfect time to embark on journeys that rejuvenate the soul and ignite the spirit of wanderlust. Whether it's a road trip across scenic landscapes or a flight to distant shores, the possibilities are endless, and the world is waiting to be discovered. So let summer travel be your gateway to extraordinary experiences and grab your picnic basket, pack some refreshing treats, and embark on a delightful journey of discovery in the Sunshine State and beyond.

June 8th is World Oceans Day!

Allow us to introduce you to the nation’s first technology-based marine conservation association helping to preserve our oceans and more... ORCA.

The Ocean Research & Conservation Association (ORCA) endeavors to protect and restore aquatic ecosystems and the species they sustain through the development of innovative technologies, science-based conservation action, and community education and outreach.

By combining innovative technology, applied science, and community outreach, ORCA is leading the way in protection and conservation of our valuable coast, estuaries, and oceans — saving these precious habitats for the generations of tomorrow.

There are numerous ways to make a difference by getting involved.
