Residential Closed Sales totaled 149 homes vs. 225 representing a 33.8% decrease YOY.
Median Price was $385,000 vs. $355,500 representing a 8.3% increase YOY.
Active Inventory totaled 841 vs. 358 representing a 134.9% increase YOY.
CONDOMINIUMS
Residential Closed Sales totaled 51 homes vs. 65 representing a 21.5% decrease YOY.
Median Price was $275,000 vs. $235,000 representing a 17% increase YOY.
Active Inventory totaled 340 vs. 82 representing a 314.6% increase YOY.
