WELCOME! | September 2023

Living in Vero Beach in September offers a unique blend of both lingering summer warmth and the subtle arrival of autumn. The warm, inviting waters of the Atlantic Ocean remain ideal for beachgoers, water sports enthusiasts, and those looking to cool off during the day. There's just no better place to be than by or in the sea and if you feel better near salt water, you're not making it up. It's called thalassotherapy. Saltwater and living near the sea has both physical and mental health benefits.

Something else that's good for your health is a good laugh and here are some funny and award-winning pet pics sure to make you smile or give you a chuckle. Treasure all the pleasure of your pets and their quirkiness.

With travel getting back to pre-pandemic norms, the United States is full of delightful sights that don’t show up in all the guidebooks. At AMAC | Alex MacWilliam Real Estate, our dedication to our CLIENTS success is paramount in everything we do. Don't just take our word for it, though, check out these many accolades from happy homeowners.

LOOP TESTIMONIALS

Hi Mary🌞!

It was just a wonderful experience seeing you last weekend. You are always such a joy with your beautiful smile.

My husband and I are hoping you will let Buzz MacWilliam know the music he sponsors is fabulous. His kind consideration brings Vero Beach alive with live bands that are spectacular. Friday and Saturday nights shines with music, laughter, dancing and happiness. We can't thank you enough! Mary is always amazing and such a delight. We all love her!

We appreciate everything you've done for us. Vero Beach Florida is the place to be every Friday and Saturday night at the Riverside Loop!

Peace,

C and K Nowakowski

I would like to thank Alex MacWilliam for sponsoring the Loop. We enjoy the music 🎶 every weekend and bring friends. This is a beautiful venue. If and when in need of a realtor, we will send business to you.
