Statistics developed by the REALTORS^®Association of Indian River County through its Multiple Listing Service and in conjunction with Florida REALTORS^® reflect the following data for July of 2026 vs. 2025.

SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED HOMES

Residential Closed Sales totaled 253 homes vs. 211 representing a 19.9% increase YOY.

Median Price was $395,934 vs. $400,000 representing a 1% decrease YOY.

Active Inventory totaled 1,069 vs. 1,167 representing a 8.4% decrease YOY.

CONDOMINIUMS

Residential Closed Sales totaled 73 homes vs. 65 representing a 12.3% increase YOY.

Median Price was $288,395 vs. $259,000 representing a 11.3% increase YOY.

Active Inventory totaled 578 vs. 725 representing a 20.3% decrease YOY.
