Statistics developed by the REALTORS^®Association of Indian River County through its Multiple Listing Service and in conjunction with Florida REALTORS^® reflect the following for Year Over Year FEBRUARY 2022 vs. 2021.

SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED HOMES

Residential Closed Sales totaled 214 homes vs. 298 representing a 2.8% decrease YOY.

Median Price was $360,000 vs. $287,792 representing a 25% increase YOY.

Active Inventory totaled 345 vs. 545 representing a 36.7% decrease YOY.

CONDOMINIUMS

Residential Closed Sales totaled 77 homes vs. 106 representing a 27.3% decrease YOY.

Median Price was $227,900 vs. $150,000 representing a 51.9% increase YOY.

Active Inventory totaled 94 vs. 278 representing a 66.1% decrease YOY.
