Spring Equinox, Daylight Savings, Mardi Gras, St. Patrick's Day...there's lots to celebrate this month and so much to enjoy here...indoors and out. Our little slice of heaven here is to be prized and taken care of so be sure to do your part in helping keep our parks, open spaces, and beaches pristine.

We've gotten lots of positive feedback from the community on our updated and refreshed AMAC Alex MacWilliam Real Estate branding. We thank you for that and are so very happy that it resonates with so many of you.

SINGLE-FAMILY DETACHED HOMES

Residential Closed Sales totaled 225 homes vs. 229 representing a 1.7% decrease YOY.

Median Price was $355,500 vs. $293,000 representing a 23% increase YOY.

Active Inventory totaled 358 vs. 619 representing a 42.2% decrease YOY.

CONDOMINIUMS

Residential Closed Sales totaled 65 homes vs. 85 representing a 23.5% decrease YOY.

Median Price was $235,000 vs. $190,000 representing a 23.7% increase YOY.

Active Inventory totaled 82 vs. 322 representing a 74.5% decrease YOY.
