The healing power of kindness is present in every gift.
It is our privilege to pass it on.
Hello,

In this November edition, I invite you to join me in supporting our Annual Good Neighbor campaign and see how your support can help patients like August (pictured below). We also share a story of an impactful community partner gift and highlight a new fund we are launching on Giving Tuesday. You can also learn about our 2022 sponsorship opportunities and how you can provide gifts for our young patients during the holidays.

Sincerely,

Liz Semaan

When faced with health challenges, patients and families can feel overwhelmed. Often, just a little bit of help can go a long way to remove barriers to healing. By giving to the Good Neighbor Campaign, you can help provide a supportive path for those receiving medical care. Gifts from Good Neighbor support programs such as music therapy for children like Auggy.

"The staff at Bronson Children’s Hospital is like a second family to Auggy,” explains Auggy’s mom, Ashley. They treat him as if he was their own. They have great specialists. I don’t know where we would be without them."

Your support is vital to ensure everyone in our community has access to the care and resources they need to manage their health challenges. We hope you will consider making a gift during our annual Good Neighbor Campaign.

Community Partner Provides
Impactful Gift
Inspired by the generosity of the Christoffersen family and their commitment to supporting emergency services at Bronson, Southwestern Michigan Emergency Services (SWMES) made a $25,000 gift to the Christoffersen Family Trauma and Emergency Services Endowment.

“After reading the Christoffersen’s story, we felt compelled to make a matching gift to the endowment,” says Dr. James DeMoss, president of SWMES. “We are proud to join them in making sure there is funding available to enhance emergency services well into the future.”
Support our New Fund on
Giving Tuesday
On Tuesday, November 30, Bronson Health Foundation will participate in Giving Tuesday, a global generosity movement to celebrate acts of giving.

This year, we are excited to announce the launch of our new Bronson Mental Health and Well-being Fund. This fund is designed to foster and support an individual’s mental, physical, social and emotional well-being for both Bronson employees and patients. Keep an eye out for more details and stories about this fund as we get closet to #GivingTuesday.
2022 Event Sponsorships
Our tentative 2022 event sponsorship opportunities are now available. Event sponsorships are an impactful way to support Bronson and the outstanding care for patients and families across southwest Michigan.

We have multiple events that you or your organization can choose to support! Whether you choose to have a hands-on interaction with your colleagues through your sponsorship or a behind-the-scenes approach, there are many ways that you can support local healthcare.

Please know, due to the COVID-19 pandemic, that opportunities are subject to change as the safety of our community members is our top priority. Thank you for your continued patience and partnership.
