Welcome to Future Ready Collier's Network News! FRC is a collective impact network mobilized around early development, school success, and college & career success. We meet regularly to maximize resources, share best practices, and collaborate to improve overall conditions for all students across Collier County in Southwest Florida. This newsletter is intended to share important themes, milestones, and events, and we welcome your involvement!
NEW! Lunch & Learn: Barriers to Economic Mobility
January 19th 12-1:30pm, Virtual
We are thrilled to invite you to our next virtual FRC Lunch & Learn. We welcome Dr. Brittany Birken, principal advisor of the Atlanta Federal Reserve Community and Economic development Team.

Dr. Birken will discuss Barriers to Economic Mobility for Low Income Working Families with Young Children and will explore multi-generational strategies to reduce poverty and the education gap. This event is free and open to the public.

FRC Supports Early Learning
There's no sugar coating how hard this past year was for children under 5, their parents, and educators.

Through it all, FRC has continued the conversations and elevated the accomplishments of the network. There's a long way ahead as we work to help all children enter school ready to learn, grow, and succeed. Read more on our website, or come to our next meeting!

This year you will see a new collective leadership model with facilitation by Goal Group Co-Chairs. Participation and leadership in the Goal Groups is voluntary, and we always look for project leaders to carry initiatives forward!
