Fieldstone Learning Groups

Your Leadership Journey, Shared

As the new year draws closer and with it, the inclination to pause, reflect, and plan ahead, we invite you to consider how a Fieldstone Learning Group will support your growth in the new year and beyond.

Fieldstone Learning Groups bring nonprofit leaders together for guided conversation, peer support, and shared learning. In a small-group setting, participants tackle real leadership challenges, exchange ideas, and gain insights that can be immediately applied to their work. The group becomes a space to pause and consider the “next right steps” for both yourself and your organization.

Beyond practical guidance, Learning Groups cultivate a lasting community of peers who understand the pressures and opportunities of nonprofit leadership. Many participants describe the group as a place to be challenged as they explore new ideas and strategies with colleagues who share their commitment to mission-driven work. Facilitated by experienced nonprofit executives, each session is designed to help you start the year with clarity, confidence, and actionable insights.

Only a few spaces are left in this year's cohorts - don't miss your chance to start 2026 with Fieldstone!

Executive Coaching

Step Into the Year With Clarity

With the holiday season on the horizon and a new year looming, we hope you take the time to reflect back on your accomplishments this year while looking ahead to the work that is still be done in 2026.

The start of a new year is a natural moment to invest in yourself as a leader, and the Fieldstone Coaching Program provides a structured, one-on-one space for growth. Each participant is thoughtfully matched with an experienced nonprofit executive coach who serves as a sounding board, advisor, and guide. Through regular, confidential sessions, you can reflect on leadership challenges, clarify priorities, and build strategies to move forward with intention.

Coaching offers the rare opportunity to focus deeply on your own growth all year long. Whether navigating organizational change, refining decision-making, or strengthening communication, participants emerge with greater confidence and clarity. Starting now ensures you enter the year with momentum, perspective, and the support needed to sustain your leadership over the months ahead.

Learning Group Legacy

While learning is at the heart of every Fieldstone Learning Group, it’s the community that endures long after the final session. Over time, these groups become more than professional cohorts, they evolve into circles of trusted peers who continue to share wisdom, encouragement, and support through the many seasons of leadership.

The legacy of a Learning Group is measured not only in what participants learn, but in how they continue to show up for one another years later. Many groups choose to keep meeting long after their program concludes, celebrating milestones, navigating challenges together, and sustaining the sense of connection that began at Fieldstone.

Recently, one of our Executive Learning Groups shared photos from their many gatherings over the years with a beautiful reminder that when leaders invest in community, the impact grows far beyond the classroom.

The Fieldstone Circle Second Meeting

During the second gathering of the Fieldstone Circle, members explored the theme of "Mending the Torn" and how we can best support ourselves and each other during times of grief or sadness. Facilitated by Sue Carter-Kahl and Janine Mason, this session gave participants a chance to follow their grief and discover all the things, both good and bad, that can blossom in darkness.
