Fieldstone @ 4 at The San Diego

Botanic Garden

Tuesday, September 30, 2025

4:00 – 6:00 pm

San Diego Botanic Garden

This special afternoon will focus on connection and wellbeing, offering you space to network with colleagues in a relaxed, welcoming atmosphere.

Along with time to mingle, you’ll be invited to take part to Experience Shinrin-Yoku, the Japanese art of Nature Bathing, at San Diego Botanic Garden. More than a walk, it’s a mindful practice of slowing down and connecting with the natural world around you. Research shows it can reduce stress, lower blood pressure, boost immunity, and enhance overall well-being.

A music therapist from Resounding Joy will lead us in an interactive drum circle, offering a unique opportunity to experience the benefits of music therapy firsthand. This immersive practice promotes overall wellness, reduces stress and anxiety, and enhances social connection and cognitive function. Rooted in the belief that music is a powerful tool for healing and expression, Resounding Joy harnesses its impact to support emotional well-being and community connection.

We look forward to sharing this meaningful time with you!

Learning Group

Applications Open!

The Fieldstone Leadership Learning Group is where nonprofit leaders gain confidence to lead boldly and build the connections they need to thrive. Through guided discussions, real case studies, and the support of a skilled facilitator, participants learn and problem-solve together while building a stronger sense of their personal leadership style

Each month, nonprofit professionals gather in a confidential, collaborative space to tackle challenges and share practical solutions. Many graduates say the most valuable part is having a circle of trusted colleagues they can rely on, and these relationships often continue for years after the program ends.

Applications are now open. Take the next step in your leadership journey and apply today!

"Fieldstone’s Learning Group gave me the space to pause, reflect, and explore my leadership more deeply. The program offered valuable tools and supportive facilitation that helped me tackle a real organizational challenge. I appreciated the opportunity to grow alongside others committed to leading with purpose in the nonprofit sector."

"My coach provided me a safe space to ask questions, to vent, to process, to bounce ideas off of and cared about me as a whole person. She taught me valuable tools that I applied right away and helped me move forward successfully with my organization. I highly recommend this program!"

Get Matched with A Fieldstone Coach!

Did you know there’s a bit of magic in the Fieldstone Coaching Program? Each year, our coachees tell us that the connection with their coach feels surprisingly strong, almost as if it were made by magic. With years of experience and careful thought from our coaching team, Fieldstone creates these thoughtful, and sometimes unexpected pairings, helping nonprofit leaders grow sharper, stronger, and more effective over the course of the year.

Through a confidential, year-long partnership with a trained coach, nonprofit professionals gain perspective and find renewed clarity in their leadership. The relationships built in this program create a trusted space for reflection, guidance, and personal growth.

Applications are now open, and space is limited. Apply soon to experience the value of coaching.

The Second Cohort of The Fieldstone Circle Begins!

This September, the second iteration of the Fieldstone Circle came together for the first time. Meeting at the Fieldstone office, this group of leaders was full of new connections and old friends catching up again.

The first meeting focused on holding space for hope and used a combination of poetry and music to give nonprofit leaders the opportunity to come together and consider how they can offer hope to their communities, their teams, and themselves.
