The Fieldstone Circle Extends

New Circle to Begin in September

The Fieldstone Circle is a space where nonprofit leaders can step away from the demands of daily work to reconnect with themselves, their purpose, and one another. Rooted in the Courage & Renewal approach, this program offers monthly gatherings that foster reflection, grounding, and authentic connection. In a time when leadership can feel isolating and overwhelming, The Circle provides a steady, supportive environment to build resilience and clarity.

Thanks to support from the BRIDGE Initiative, funded by the Prebys Foundation, we are able to extend an open space to a new cohort of leaders beginning this September. You’ll join a community of peers who are also navigating the challenges of leading with heart in uncertain times. Come as you are, and leave with renewed strength, insight, and a sense of belonging.

To assist nonprofit organizations in efforts to identify board members and diversify their governing boards, we offer the Nonprofit Board Exchange™, a community resource to publicize openings on local nonprofit boards and supply information on available trainings for those who serve in this important role. 

Prospective and current board members can use this site to look for new board openings and for training opportunities in San Diego County.
