Applications Closing Soon for The Leadership

Reading Group

Celebrating its 10th year, the Leadership Reading Group has united nonprofit leaders who value the power of reading. Over the past decade, participants have built a lasting community of changemakers who have connected by sharing their thoughts on compelling books.

This year, you’re invited to join that legacy. By becoming part of the cohort, you’ll add your own perspective to a network of leaders. This program begins soon and few spaces remain - this is your last chance to apply!

The Fieldstone Leadership Reading Group is more than just a reading group, it’s a space to pause, think deeply, and create connections.

The Fieldstone Circle

New Circle Begins in September

The Fieldstone Circle invites nonprofit leaders to step away from daily demands and reconnect with themselves, their purpose, and one another. Grounded in the Courage & Renewal approach, these monthly gatherings create space for reflection, grounding, and authentic connection. In a season when leadership can feel isolating or overwhelming, the Circle offers steady support to cultivate clarity and resilience.

Thanks to the BRIDGE Initiative, funded by the Prebys Foundation, we’re welcoming a new cohort this September. You’ll join a community of peers navigating the challenges of leading with heart in uncertain times. Come as you are and leave with renewed strength, insight, and belonging.

Gatherings are on Zoom (except for the first one) and there is no homework, prep work or reading necessary. All you have to do is show up!

Applications are now open. We hope you’ll take a seat in The Circle.

“I ran into another FIELDSTONE CIRCLE participant at a community event last Friday and it solidifies why these types of gatherings are so important, especially for those in the nonprofit or philanthropic sector. It not only provides the sense of community but also lets us know we are not alone in these tumultuous times of major budget cuts, protections overturn and civil rights violations. Thank you for all that you do! It's greatly appreciated!” Sunny Chang, Outdoor Outreach
