Dear Community Partner,

Please be advised that as of 8:00 AM on July 22, 2025, network and phone services are currently unavailable at multiple HRA locations. This outage has impacted several systems, and we are actively working to restore full functionality to ensure continued delivery of services.

ITS teams are coordinating recovery efforts and will provide updates as more information becomes available.

All client-facing HRA offices, including SNAP and Benefits Access Centers, Medicaid, Child Support, HASA, Fair Fares, IDNYC, Burial Services, and HEAP, remain open and are serving clients. Manual issuance of emergency SNAP and Cash Assistance may be available where necessary.

Please note that ACCESS HRA, as well as the OneNumber and On-Demand phone lines, remain operational.
